With four years of experience in property management, I currently serve as the Leasing Manager at Ascend at Woodlands. In my role, I oversee all aspects of leasing and marketing for the property, focusing on meeting leasing goals and implement strategic marketing plans. I am responsible for managing the entire leasing process, from generating leads to conducting tours, securing renewals, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

As Community Director, I also foster a supportive and motivated environment for my team, ensuring proper training, accountability, and success in their roles. My passion is to help others improve their situation, moving them into a better position than the day before. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming, service-driven community while continually driving operational excellence.
